Hello to all Mo Bros and Mo Sistas out there! The Benefits Trust is participating in Movember once again this year.
Movember is an annual event, taking place every November, where men grow moustaches to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. Of course, women can participate too by gathering their own donations as “Mo Sistas”.
Beyond being a great excuse to grow an ugly mo, the Movember campaign provides a place for people to donate money to men’s health programs. Movember particularly focuses on funding research and treatments for prostate and testicular cancer, as well as men’s mental health.
In the words of one of our Mo Bros, Mike Ignatz, “I’m doing my part again this year, growing a horrible stache for Movember. These first few days are the toughest, the mustache at its ugliest. So I need your support to help make it a worthwhile venture.”
In support of this important research, The Benefits Trust will match every donation that our employees receive, doubling the total amount of funds for their team.
