Celebrating 30 Years of The Benefits Trust with a New Website!

The Benefits Trust is proud to start 2024 with an important milestone –our 30th anniversary! Since we first started on January 1st, 1994, our focus has been on helping successful business owners build a better benefits plan than they can get anywhere else – a goal we are proud to say we continue to fulfill to this day.

We knew we had to provide something better when we started – business owners are used to standard benefits plans that provide the same coverage but aren’t always what they need. We know that businesses in Canada deserve more than the same cookie-cutter options; they need choice, customization, and flexibility to create benefits plans that truly support them.

So, that’s where we started. Unique, flexible benefits plans for businesses based on their needs. From there, we built our business around our clients: custom-built plans for businesses of any size, real people answering the phones, and an intuitive app for simple claim submission. We’ve worked hard for the last 30 years to create benefits solutions that fulfill the needs of successful business owners.

Of course, we couldn’t have managed all of this on our own. The Benefits Trust has worked with advisor partners for several years, as well as many providers and insurance companies, to provide the best benefits options.

To you all – your support and shared commitment to supporting Canadian businesses have ensured that The Benefits Trust is able to support our clients the way they deserve. Thank you for your commitment and faith in our value!

What have we been up to?

We’re excited to jump into our 30th anniversary with much to celebrate. Over the last year, we’ve been working hard to provide you with the highest-quality tools and resources. In 2023, we launched our new app, designed to be easy to use and understand for all who need to submit claims.

We have also been developing advisor resources, from hundreds of blogs highlighting news and trends in the industry to keep you ahead, to our ever-growing Zoomcast series, which is soon to celebrate our 40th session! We also published the 125th edition of the Trusted Advisor, our monthly newsletter, where we provide tools and guidance for advisors to help them grow their expertise and provide the best benefits solutions possible.

Lastly, if you haven’t noticed yet, we have updated our website with a new look to match our vision of growth and change for our 30th anniversary! We encourage you to explore our new site and see what new, valuable information you can find.

With 30 years under our belt, we’re excited for what’s ahead. May the next 30 years be full of the same exceptional service and support for Canadian companies and business owners!
